I have over 6 years of experience in this profession. I remember being a high school student in culinary arts watching the Food Network and wondering how the cake masters would make such amazing wokrs of art. Assuming that one must go to college to be succesful, I attended Bristol Community College where I majored in Baking & Pastry Arts. Here i gained experience in breads, cakes, cookies, and pies.
